from the time i posted i joined a game it was starting the second round, I killed 4 of the other team instantly, then they scored 3 flags in like 90 seconds. and both teams were clans.

Set a team of 6 and have a set cap rotation. Quickest/easiest I can think of.

I did terrible on this I could move 90 percent of the time. Stupid core. I also suck at CTF so there's that. I'll do some Dom tomorrow too

honestly I ended up with a good squad of randoms and we grouped up to get me any flags

I took a break a few times, I worked out this afternoon and was able to play better had a 22-11 game and got 3 captures and I had joined a game almost over and won it for my team, on slums earlier I grabbed the flag with 15.3 seconds left and got the capture to win the match. The other team said they didn't think I was gonna get it.

No problem, its almost easier to get Caps when your on your own.
