I ran across this on my Youtube feed. seems awkward, but it combines what alot of home modders are doing.

I saw a contraption very similar to this at my local wal Mary for the Xbox

Ok I watched the video it makes sense now. It's designed so you never have to take thumbs off the sticks but still able to access the other buttons by bumping the other pads that join to the buttons. At first glance I thought it was a way to program a controller with out programming, because I am so tired of the players that the instant they shoot the dive.

I like the simple design and adjustable parts. and the trigger idea is what alot of kids are posting on youtube for faster fire rates. I think its still awkward looking but if it works
They sell something like that at GameStop. Looks a little medieval for me. Lol

And the fun has started... It took a hour of using just to start getting used to it. Have the gun trigger set so a slight touch shoots is great. Also the button is friendly also. Now as for the Y and A its still odd adjusting.... More to follow later

Yeah looks legit G. I dunno if I could roll with a mouse on so large of a screen though it would take some adjusting for sure.

Actually you can adjust sensitivity even more beyond the in-game settings...its pretty legit, you adjust it for hip shooting and aiming down the sights...

So I've been using the Xim Edge for a few days now. It's not a bad device if your looking for something different to use on the Xbox besides the regular controller for gaming. Straight outta the box, you have to connect it to your PC first and upload the software and edit the keys on the keyboard (or other gaming keyboard peripheral) to your preferences with the onscreen Xbox/PS3 controller setup. Only takes a few minutes to do, unless you want to get really anal with it. Once finished, connected my official Xbox wired controller, wireless mouse adapter, and gaming keypad to the Xim, then connected it to the Xbox. Works like a charm, just gotta remember what keys are binded as the Xbox buttons. Learning curve is very low if your already used to playing FPS games on the PC. As for new users, it might take you a couple hours to get use to the setup, but after that, its all second nature. Xim Edge can store multiple gaming profiles, and you can switch between them with the press of a button on your keyboard your using. For me, I have Black Ops 1 & 2, MW3, BF3, Halo 4, and Gears Of War 3 saved for profiles. You can adjust the sensitivity on both hip shooting and aiming down the sights separately to your liking in-game without having to connect it again to the PC, and you can also do the same with button bindings. Only gripe I have with the Xim Edge is price. Other than that, I give it a 9/10.

So from what i'm understanding...you can set up your buttons to what YOU want them to be. So if I decided to take away the panic swipe...I can do so?

Yup, you can assign or unassign any button on the Xbox controller to any keypad button on your keyboard if you wish.
