When I loaded it up the other day the message screen said double weapon XP. If it was double XP period I'd try to hit master prestige this weekend but since it isn't it'll probably take me a few months at home. Def not going to be playing much right after I get home.

I have no idea how some of you guys prestige so quick or get diamond camos so fast. I just hit prestiage 2 and yet to have a gold gun.

The only hard part about getting gold on any weapon is getting the head shots. Once you figure out a method to do so, it's real easy to proceed in getting the gold gun. It took me little over a month to gold all the AR's and SMG's. If you play a lot like me and some others, you'll gain rank real fast

I dont try to unlock much, I get the weapons I like the most and prestige permanent unlock them. I play alot of Capture the flag and you get so many different bonuses killing guys near a flag runner or your flag or their flag or when you have the flag. lol

I think it might be because I play a lot of TDM. Not many points to gain in that game ( only 100 points for a kill) and scorestreaks are harder to get ( because the only points i get towards them are from kills). I see a lot of you play more Kill Confirmed, Capture the Flag, and Domination. I think I'm going to move towards more of those modes. It seems to give you more points to level / scorestreaks ect... I played TDM because to me it has a fast past with everyone running around and thought it would bring more kills to level up my weapons. Yes, it seems to do that, but my over all level / prestiage seems to go a lot slower in that game mode for some reason.

Very true. Very high paced. In ctf yesterday guys were holding the flag alot more. To get the flag carrier kills.

Flag carrier kills are double. Which is awesome but you'd have to be real good to keep it and again the points to get your score streaks up

Yeah, gunna jump in and run some HC KC with you guys. See how that goes. I'm pretty tired of having to run silencers on my guns and dealing with the Ghost / silencer whores in Core.

It's not enough to just hang back and build up kills from a safe distance. Pair up with your clan to take out the enemy and then rush in for the tag grab. Watch your corners, as the enemy is likely travelling in small groups as well.
