next gen gaming systems

With all the talk of the next gen gaming system coming out by the end of the year at what price point would it stop you buying one. I wonder if they will try to push the price above $500.

I know what you mean I got the 360 when it dropped paid a ton for games that looked good but were xbox games with beefed up graphics. Then once the main games dropped so did the price.

Until games start becoming mandatory to play on the new consoles. I'm just going to keep on trucking with the one I have now. That's unless this one takes a shit on me sometime this year

The price will come down when they stop double printing games like they did with the current gen consoles, I wont get one because it will still have all of the expected new release bugs like all the game consoles have had. I will probably wait for like sgt said Halo 5 or something along those lines.

The xbox released at 300$ if I remember correctly. I imagine they would keep it about the same... no one with common sense will pay more than 500$. Why? Cause there was a ton of issues with the first gen 360s and PS3. I'll wait patiently.
