Ok, did I just miss something ...

(granted I haven't messed with all of the new weps.)

... but just looking at the stats ... did we all just pay a few bucks, (and I know it was only 5 bucks), for a re-skin?

Not that the new character models aren't cool and all .. but I was hope'n for some expanded capability, at least that's what I thought I was hearing from the announcement.

Yes we did and half the maps (IE the winter ones when you are on a Recon Kit your Green instead of white) don't change the uniform but maybe the weapons change some I have noticed that but other then that its a crock that should of been downloadable in the VIP section for free

I really would like to ask DICE and EA why they chose to only do a reskin for even a nominal cost. Yea there are 3 new trophies but this really was kinda a thumb in the eye to us the gamers. Honestly too once I get the final trophy I don't plan to use any of the SPECTAC weps going forward. Not a fan of the M16, the UMP w/out the camo pattern works just as well *LOL* don't like the M3 (more of a AR kinda guy) and the sniper weps get to be a grind.

But hey ... we got more unlockables...

a little bummed about this :( .... but the game still ROCKS!! don't get me wrong.
