As I watch the credits for Injustice: Gods Among Us I can't help but think...man these games have come a long way. Not only are the ending graphics a joy to look at but the music isn't half bad. There are many games with incredible endings and some...well...lets just say I wish I could erase them from my memory as fast as Kirstie Alley chomps down a dozen of donuts. So this brings me to the point of all this...what are some of your favorite video game endings?

Probably the first Mass Effect. After that I was on the edge of my seat. Definitely epic.

Halo 4. The cinematics were striking and I almost got emotional with what happened.

Haven't played that one I'm gonna have to try it out. In recent memory I would have to say MOH Warfighter even though the MP wasn't great the SP campaign had me hooked from the beginning and had a memorable ending. My favorite of all time would have to be the first Legend of Zelda on NES strictly based off that was the first game I ever beat.

I'd probably say the endings of God of War 3 and Battlefield: Bad Company, only because they left you wondering.

The first medal of honor by danger close was the best fps campaign and ending for me.

I gotta give some love to the Metal Gear series! Most of them had great endings!
The original TMNT game on Nintendo.

I think we all hold a special place in out hearts for the first game conquered....Zelda was also the first I beat and the series remains my favorite to this day...don't always agree with where they take it though.

There are a lot of great endings out there. Mass Effect, I was a fan of all 3 endings. Dragon Age, and the way they wrap up all the results of your major choices. The last two Medal of Honor games had great endings. And whether you hate them or not, the final mission endings of the Modern Warfare branch of CoD has always been pretty epic.
If I had to wade through all the great endings though, I think Red Dead Redemption would be my solid #2, and the inner fanboy would insist on Halo. And if I had to choose one specific ending, it'd probably be Reach. The interactive fight a doomed battle and sacrifice yourself so others may live bit was just....well, awesome.

Yeah, all of the Halo campaigns were good. I think 2 or 3 was my least favorite ending. And for the most part, all the CoD campaigns did end well. MW3 didn't seem as thought-out as the others though.
