anyone had any issues before with steam basically tellin you...YOU NO BUY GAME 1 YEAR!...
i can get to the part where i review my purchase and payment info and all that crap, but the payment info box is not loading at all, dont know if it is just beacuse i have stupidly slow sniper hill afghanny internet right now or not, but it is kinda frickin annoyin

Dude I can speak from first hand knowledge steam will work on sniper hill just slow as fuck ...patience grasshopper... Try and try again is all you can do but it will work and sad fact is sniper hill is the best bang for your buc!!
