There's so many in the HALO franchise. I think my favorites were the Halo CE ending cinematic and the halo 4 ending cinematic. The Halo 4 one brought me the closest to showing my emotions I've ever come in a video game.

Yea the Halo 4 ending was Epic. I also really liked the MOH Warfighter ending

Both medal of honor campaigns were fantastic endings.

In final fantasy vii where aerith dies, and in legend of the dragoon where that one dragoon dies, and in heavy rain.. Well basically all of heavy rain... That game had an amazing story that pulled you in and made you emotionally attached to your characters.

OK, I'm going old school with this one and saying the moment in Chrono Trigger (if you never heard of it go find it!..now) when Crono dies

I'm sure I'll add several more to this topic, but Arthas' betrayel cinematic at the end of the human campaign in Warcraft 3......awesome.
