I have the Roxio Game Capture HD. This looks like basically the same thing, from a different manufacturer.

Don't the new consoles have capture cards in them? If not I'd be interested for sure.

I believe they have software recording enabled. It's not really the same thing as a capture card, though it gives you the same result. Provided there's no restrictions on the recording of gameplay.
