Way to keep all those already on the fence from jumping off and running to the other side. WOW Microsoft has not only dropped the ball this go around they are choking on it. Oy Vey indeed!

Doesn't effect me and most of the countries on the delay list honestly probably won't be detrimental to sales. How many Xbox fans and consoles are being used there anyways

Even though this doesn't affect me, and I've been loyal to Xbox since the original Xbox was released, they way they've handled the Xbox One is really making me want to switch over to PS4.

Just read that they are considering still selling the Kinect with it. Because the XBOX one loses a lot of functionality without it. My theory is you either make it mandatory or sell it optional. Making people spend the extra 100$ if bad business. Gonna be a lot of backlash. More so than before IMO.

Yup and that goes back to the whole wishy washy stance Microsoft has had from day one. I truly don't want to but I'm considering ps4 more and more. Hell even the video capt. Is better on the ps4. Not to mention the stats on paper. I feel like the loyal xboxers are getting boned for sticking with them. :(

My understanding is you will still get it with the console as a package deal but if you don't want to use it you don't have to, but will lose the functionality pieces and have to use a controller like now. I personally will have mine hooked up and take advantage of being able to turn it on/off with my voice, switch between game and TV, etc. I think the reason they back peddled on this one is to appease all the IDIOTS out there whining and bitching their personal privacy is being taken away and thinking the government is going to be spying on you sit on your ass and play games. Just shows how paranoid and uneducated we are collectively as a society. Cause if they really wanted to spy on you they would already be doing that through your phone or tablet camera that is "ALWAYS ONLINE" anyways. The only real disappointment I have is that MS didn't stick to their guns over the fear of losing the console war!

Not the same people. I and a few others where on board with the original ms offering. It's not my fault they listen to a few uneducated people who can't see the future possibilities. Apple, Google , Microsoft until now didn't get where they where by not blazing some trails. This cookie cutter bullshit is what waters down the industry IMO.

Wasn't targeting you, but its absolutely a lot of the same people. Like Spanky McSnakeeyes mentioned, its a terrible compromise to appease moronic lemmings who are to stupid to recognize how utterly idiotic their arguement was in the first place.
