Vehicle advice-

So it's that time finally .... Looking at getting another vehicle before we have a little one. My wife wants a SUV or Cross over style .... She likes the KiA sorento Nissan Rouge and Jeep Compass.... I will be trading a 05' scion xB w 78k miles decent condition valued at 5.6k I don't want to spend more than 300 a month- credit wise looking at. 5-9.7 percent .... Anyone knowledgable and have a crossover SUV or sorts with advice or opinions? Just trying to see a what good value etc.... Hate car shopping lol

My wife has a Kia Sportage. You can't beat the gas mileage, or the warranty.

Me and my wife bought a Mazda cx-7 which is a great mid size crossover SUV. They stopped making them in 2012 and started making the cx-5 which is another great crossover SUV.

The newer jeeps are really good compared to the old ones.

I would see which of the ones you will get the best value.

Meaning which one will retain more value when it comes time to trade it in for a new one

My neighbor swears by the Dodge Journey, and raves non-stop about the storage.

My suggestion, pick several and test them all out. Borrow a carseat, or better yet borrow a kid, and find out which one is best for manipulating there. Which one fits you best. All that good stuff.

If you want a suv with good resale don't get a kia or hyundai. If you do make sure you find a good dealership I've heard allot of bad things about dealerships being total tool bags. Like everybody else said go and test drive them then go from there you'll never know how they handle til you drive it. I'm a chevy guy so I'd say take a look at theirs.

I've got a Hyundai Santa Fe and I'm pretty happy with it....I would be another when the time comes. Only thing that sucks is that parts are more expensive here, I mean its an import, not anywhere near as bad as some. But compared to what the part costs in Korea we are getting hosed lol

Well I went to the dealers and have looked at some first was the wife's obsession the Jeep compass 2013- prior rental...... 34 k miles 4x4 latitude package beautiful .... 18990 with my trade In of the scion .... After taxes I could walk out at 13.2k.....
