Start tomorrow as a security agent with Wallace security! Finally doing something I enjoy. Plus we finally moved into our own place. Everything is looking up and getting back on track. Hope to have internet soon and get back in the game. I'll have more time for the clan and community again.

So yea that was a bust...they lied it isn't part time its temporary. I worked 8 days and spent more on work than I made. I'm still sitting as a fill in but it is kind of a big let down

Keep your head up Kelley and keep that 'go get-um attitude.
Next time use the USMG in your references, I think that would be impressive on a resume... lol

Right..Right,^ Put it down for a personal reference ..... On a different note.If your into doing security stuff, hit up the hospitals and such...See if u can at least get some face time with some one...They usually offer good security jobs... Just a thought

I used to work in the hospital as private security. Its good work, lots of action, never a dull moment. Be prepared for long hours though. Lots of dynamic change, and flexibility is definitely a requirement.

Thanks guys and using USMG as a reference is a great idea. My feet are on the pavement...I'm working on it especially since we finally moved out on our own. That's why I'm not on live no internet and my live is out. Had to sacrifice somewhere.lol

You know we have some people here that have some good connections,.... that is for job leads.
I even post some up in the thread (that is rarely read) 'Veterans Info'. In fact my last post was concerning JOBS.

I know 'Tentonslege' was formally in the business of Employment (on the Veterans side). He worked out of Tennessee or Kentucky. He may have some connections there. RiverRat is up there in West (By God) Virginia. Other than that I can only point out resources to help find a job.

I live in Morgantown West Virginia, there's a crap ton of jobs available if you can obtain a concealed carry permit, I know that the NASA station that is up around Fairmont is hiring Armed security, I don't think they employ through USAJOBS.GOV, but you're still considered a federal employee, I think the starting pay is GS-5 which is about the same salary as a Local Police Officer, plus you get to protect nerds and there fancy smancy satellites. I'd take the job but I decided to peruse a night life career of DJ'n where I make $100 an hour, work 3 days a week, and drink for free. I'm not sure whether or not you need college credits but aslong as you can obtain a concealed carry pass drug and background screening, you could be in for the job. Good benefits too.
