Looking for a white male in the Navy Khaki's, and a black male with side burns in a Olive Service Uniform I'm guessing Marine Corps, what I don't understand is how the Commander who was doing the interviews originally proclaimed that he witnessed a man get shot right in front of him close enough to have a short conversation, which means he could have only been a couple feet from him he said that the man who was shot was shot in the face, when asked to describe the shooter he froze up body movement changed and he said he didn't remember at that time, secondly how does the commander not have brain matter and all the other head stuff all over him, The media is reporting that he was shot with a rifle most likely an AR in either 5.56 or even 7.62 , how would he not have blood all over em. Idk maybe I'm just hesitent to believe everything I hear now on the news with all that bs of spying and them lying to us. Thirdly why the hell is a man in a Marine Corps Service Uniform rocking huge Sideburns noticeable enough to get a description from a distance. Lastly Why only an hour after the shooting with a massive manhunt and an active crime scene even to this moment the crime scene is still active, why with active shooters on the loose, is the damn Media prancing around like nothing happened? Right outside the front gates of a pretty small navy yard in the middle of a residential/populated area... Theres alot of chaos and confusion when these things go down and alot of misinformation but alot of stuff doesn't match up

Thoughts and prayers with the deceased and there families but my heart has sorrow for the victims that may never get justice if this does end up not matching up. Enough is enough.. Truely a sad and grim day. I think it's time to end the clinton era weapons ban on military installations, Ft. Hood and now this. I'm sick of our own getting killed on our own soil at our own bases.

Another update: the dead shooter is a former Navy member, and had been working as a contractor.


A gunman suspected in the killing 12 people at a Navy building in Washington Monday morning has been identified as Aaron Alexis, 34, a Navy veteran from New York, Fox News has learned.Alexis, who was discharged from the Navy within the last few years after serving hitches in Texas and Illinois, sprayed bullets from the third or fourth floor down to an open area in the Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters in southeast Washington in an attack that began just after 8 a.m. He was later killed as he traded shots with responding police.

And whats with almost all of them having some connection to the Government other then sandy hook, boston you had the older brother as an intern for the CIA, this contractor was prior navy, Ft Hood army, Aura Movie theater shooter's father worked for DARPA. According to the conspiracy theorists the lawyer for the theatre shooting was the same person as one of the parents for sandy hook. Too much of a coincidence for me.

It was probably a green one, not a CAC. There's not much to the green ones-you could figure out the formatting from one and make some small changes.

The one the PD was showing yesterday on the news was the CAC cream colored one....... Not the green Military benefits card............. I don"t know but i do know it is BULLSHIT....They should be the most secure card ever because they grant people access to a lot of places around the nation...... IMO....

It might have been a legit contractor ID. A lot of our guys have the same CAC as us just says contractor instead of Uniformed services and branch.

Pretty sure each individual installation grants DOD ID's that specify the job on them, Civilian, Volunteer, Contractor. I know that Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst does that, but the ID only grants them access to the that specific installation for the period of time in the day they are supposed to be there and what days they are granted access. All the employees who work at the dfac, EMS, and various offices as contractors are issued them.

We have contractors that support us that it just says contractor and it looks just like our ID. Pretty much the same as all the DA Civilians ID's.

A friend of mine knows someone who is investigating this case and he is saying the shooter took an ID off one of his victims to gain access. From what I'm being told they use the type of ID's you swipe to gain access!! As far as getting into the ship yard. The shooter killed a DC Police Officer who was used to guard the ship yard then just walked in.

All I have to say is this.

Contractor, DA Civilians, and Military personal all go through the same background check.

Nothing differs.

Most of us who do get them, have gotten them when we were in the military.

All though the jackass who leaked documents from NSA was a civilian from the jump.

This craze about contractors having to go through different security measures and background checks are BS.

I think if your someone who doesn't have a clearance and you are a civilian...you should then go through a different background check vs someone who is or was in the military

Thanks for that. I think the media adopting this line of thinking would take away from the quest for immortality that a lot of these guys think they're going to get. There is little doubt in my mind that if we took away the evil "glory" aspect of what these guys seek, they would be less motivated to go through with it.
