And now an embarrassing fact for the rest of you, the Air Force reserve is the only military component with tier 1 readiness. All the rest of you sit at tier 2. So suck it! 😘

Including AF active duty. Whats that say about your branch, that the reserve component is actually more prepared than the active component?

No. The army, navy, and marine active duty units are all either same or higher than their reserve components, right? Meaning the Air Force is the only branch that has reserve components more prepared than Active units.

Not necessarily. All AF bases I've been to usually roll TFI. Meaning Active/Reserve components work together everyday. However I have yet to see an Reserve unit at T1 when an AD unit wasn't. Just sayin....
