Took a lot of doing but finally got it rolling. Jeezzz that sucked had to keep dashboarding and retrying over and over. Eventually it worked. Hopefully a patch is imminent.

There's also the blue stars which I've found are hard to get into. I've just been robbing stores and started the repo missions by myself.

Well, there's the normal jobs, and you get more for crew participation. Supposedly there are bounties. And you can run around killing other players and crews. And create rivals and allies.

From what I've seen so far, yes. Its good for about $9g's. The cavalcade is around $7k and the patriot is $5k.

i was told that they patched the replay missions over and over, and i dont know if any of yall are having the same problem i am but the i try to get online yet the game tells me the rockstar cloud server is unavailabel so i cant even play with my original guy

I honestly enjoy missions much more than TDM or races. I enjoy that aspect of it all. We'll definitely get more people together now that the patch dropped hopefully.

Same here, do like the races alot though, and TDM or any pvp type missions could be fun if we were rolling deep, so far. I have only played small TDM matches which are kind of boring

Survival is a good way to get your shooting skill level up. Another is gang wars. I did a gang war against the Lost MC by myself. You can take out almost all of them from one spot.

Hey guys, a lot of you still have me from when we all played MW3 all the time with PakMan. After BO2 came out I really got tired of the FPS genre... But I have always been a huge GTA fan!! I'm online quite a bit now, and I clicked "join" on the Social Club for your crew so hopefully I will be seeing you all again!! It will be nice to play this game with some good USMG peeps, most of the online community for this game is horrible!!!! Anyways, if you see me online, I will be down for most anything. For the more competitive players, remember I'm still getting used to the game style so please don't absolutely hate me for my occasional horrendous plays! LMAO. I look forward to seeing all of you, and especially the members that have been brought in after I left for awhile...

Oh and one last thing, I remember with COD, there was a limit to how large your clan could be. I will say the same thing about this that I did about COD. If it comes down to it, I have no problem getting kicked off the team. I mean, I do. I hate the idea. But I am not online nor do I have as much time gaming as many of you do because of the way my life has changed since MW3 (for the better :D ) so if it does come down to that, please just let me know whats going on and I will give up my slot for someone who has more time to participate than I!!

well irish and i have got a new way to farm for good money once reach lvl 45 theres a mission for martin takes bout a minute to complete with sticky bombs and pays out about 18000 with 3550 rp with crew

I just kept requesting missions from Simeon and Gerald. It's a grind but you can move up fast because the jobs are short.

Question thought when you buy an emblem for your car (25000 dollars) does it automatically change or do you have to purchase a new one everytime the emblem changes?

I have no idea so I made a crew to test it out. Honestly I don't like the crew emblems on the cars. They're too small and only on the upper part of the hood. It would be cool if you could buy a crew logo shirt then change logos and it stays with the old one, that way you have a selection.

So the crew emblem on the shirt kinda sucks. It costs $100 and if you change your shirt it goes away. If you switch crews or crew logos it goes away. It will stay if you log off and then log back in though.

It does unlock at 15. To run one you have to bring up the menu and host an online job. Go to Rockstar created and the survivals are there. Select one and invite people and your in.

Agreed. Your best bet for any of those is to follow them and wait for them to stop at a red light then give them a shot gun blast to the back of the head. If they see you they'll screw though.

GTAO has no "economy". All of the money is generated. There might be an economy if money could be transferred to everyone and each npc started with a set amount of money (maybe reset once in awhile, since its a game) ... but it doesnt work like that. All of the income and all of the money in the world of GTA is generated. If this level 5 player glitched to 100 billion dollars, it would honestly not effect this level 50 player who only has 5 million dollars, would it? I dont think so. Do you?

From what I've gathered, another flailed attempt from Rockstar to balance the grinding and cheating. :confused::confused:

If you're doing a mission outside of your level, per the update, you should only get half the pay out (this is glitched, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt) :noidea:

If you do an instant restart of a mission, per the update, you should only get half the pay out (again, this is also glitched, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt) :noidea:

Whats worse is sometimes it gives you half pay out just for dying and retrying because of your death. :mad:

Even more so, it will occasionally do it... just to do it. :mad::mad:

Guns and upgrades apparently cost much more ... BOO!! :(

Hospital bills are pocket change!! ($100-$200) yay!! :cool:

Whats also been largely and arguably rumored (though there are two youtube videos on it, both of which are apparently very skeptical) is that the LS Customs glitchers were supposed to have been put into a cheaters lobby for one month and would only be allowed to play with other cheaters. From what I've read and seen though, I still don't believe it... :flock:

Pretty much the same. I only watched the video once, it's post recent patch. If anyone is wondering, as always set your respawn to last location, go into ls customs, sell your vehicle, quickly go to the "pause" menu, go to online, and then swap characters. At your swap character screen, just back out, and like the old glitch you should spawn next to ls customs in your vehicle, money in hand! I haven't tried it yet and I haven't glitched once but since they decided to cut the payouts for higher level missions which was all I have been playing to get money I think I'm going to try this when I get home.

Just an FYI. There's a mission called "out of court settlement" I think its around lvl 20, Martin gives it to you. Kill the lawyer, steal the evidence, bring it to his house. The car the lawyer's driving is a Felon GT convertible. Shoot the lawyer, go around to the passengers side and steal the car. Put it in you garage, because after the mission you can sell it. Its worth $22k unmodded.

I was really hyped abut the guest and when they didn't put it in or even say when it would be put in I lost all will to play gtav.

Yeah, well I'll leave it for now as I won't be on Xbox till possibly the weekend unless my dad goes on it. Doubt he'll play GTA though.
If it has not been done by Monday 6th Jan then I'll give them a call! :) then again I read Rockstar's website and they mentioned about this. If you sent them the request they'd remove it and if not, it would get removed by the next fix update.

Okay, so I phoned Rockstar up and it was not even worth it!

They said they have this 'program' in place that will sweep certain accounts at a time to remove the modded money. When i mentioned to the caller about what it said on the rockstar site 'put a request in to support and they will remove the money immediately' - or something like that, he said no. It gets put into a stupid sweep program. So i said, will i still be able to play my game without losing my level etc.. and he couldn't promise.

I had an update from Rockstar a couple of weeks ago where I lost my 100% story campaign which I was quite peeved off about. I mentioned to this whiney guy on the rockstar support line about this and that if my online character would get removed, that Rockstar will lose a loyal rockstar customer and I will tell everyone how crap their service is..... RANT RANT RANT RANT RAGE RANT!!!!!

Anyway I asked for his name and ID number or anything.. he could only give me his first name so if i need to refer back to the phone call, I cant... ugh.

Did anyone notice the new V-DAY massacre pack that's been released? Its got some new clothes, a new gun, new hairstyles, some new races and missions (I believe) & 2 new cars. I had shared this moment with those participating in the FB group chat, but thought I would post here as well. I noticed GTAV was installed on the 360 my stepson had before his One. I of course tried to start it and it wanted the disc. I as the son if he still has it, but he didn't, but said wait a minute and he goes to his friends house next door and comes back with the game and said his friend now plays it on the one and I can have this copy.
