I hope we can have maximum participation for the event, so PLEASE share the event on Facebook and the Hangout for Google+. The info has also been posted a comment on the PS3 Battlelog platoon feed, but for whatever reason, I am not able to comment on our PC and 360, so if someone can post it for me, please. (Raginklu and iamthesgt if you can take care of this) I was also going to post to our Friend platoons, but that failed as well.

"House Hold 6" told be no more midnight pick-up and playing till late am. :nono: The plan is to archery hunt the am, pick-up BF4 and play the rest of the day (depending on deer activity). Yeah, that's one of the (many) things that wound up hurting Brink. They didn't offer clan support until the game was about midway through its life cycle. I think the only two who wound up in the Brink clan were myself and Jack.

We can post in the general threads on Battlelog to spread the word that way there has been a few of them pop up here and there. I think if we can put it out there a couple days before release and maybe the day of we can still pull in a draw. But yes them not supporting it will hurt them but honestly I dont think it will hurt us too much.

An amazing unreal experience so far. The game is flawless right now. The only thing it is lacking is clan integration. They kept enough of BF3 to keep it classy but added all new shit to the right parts. No complaints. Those of you looking for an excuse to buy it? JUST DO IT.

NOPE... BF4 and premium are separate.. i just preorder both so i wouldn't forget to buy premium later on .. funny thing is that preorder for premium was 56 bucks but only cost 49.99 so now i have a credit in my account on the xbox..

There was a trick we did on the beginning of MAG to get everyone in game. Everyone would group up in psn chat, one would join game and send invites. The invite would not be accepted immediately, it would wait until they had all been sent. Based on what I saw last night, something similar should work here. I can remember the other 2, but it was myself and Finch. We were on an empty server all on the squad, played the round alone and got full points and ace squad. On the next map the server flooded and we had a full game. If 4 or 5 join the game, on an empty server then create individual squads and then send invites to other USMG members, we may be able to get everyone in on the same team

I am really enjoying the game so far. Played couple of matches lastnight, then several missions in the campaign. I just have to say the campaign is absolutely visually stunning. Jaw dropping visuals the whole time.
The story is fun, and has some moments that will choke you up, and others that will make you want to KILL THEM ALL, for those of us who were/are in the military(most everyone here lol)

Multiplayer rocks as well, its like that took all the awesome points from Bad Company 2, Battlefield 2/3. Mashed them together and created this kick ass game.

Negatives:
bugs, while the game runs 100% better than the beta. There are still some bugs present that are annoying, along with random crashes and lockups. I personally had 1 lockup with ~3 hours of gameplay. While co-workers of mine, experienced several more.

Edit: First hour of work this morning was sharing "battlefield moments", it was awesome. :acool:

I tried quick match, and searched for a server. I got in one lobby where there were other players but then couldn't get in another one. I was by myself every time and there was a message on the screen waiting for 1/4 players. I just played campaign mode after a while.

When you do the server search do 1-5 empty spots. With you being in NYC I don't see why your servers aren't packed. I'm on at night bro around midnight your time during the week. Gonna be rolling deep on Saturday though.

Will do. Just be advised, I kind of suck at battlefield!! Lol. I'm much better at COD for some reason. I just play to aggressive and die a lot. I also have a problem with battlefield when I shoot at people my character knifes for some reason. It's weird and annoying!! I think I may be pushing down on the right analog when I shoot but sometimes I feel like I'm barely touching it when it does it. I don't know maybe I'll switch out controllers or something.

I agree... The Veteran settings are different than BF3, close but different. 'spotting' is still a problem for me (among many other game glitches) hitting that back button throws you into the 'battlelog'.

I am thinking they will start over which kind of sucks, especially for those of you that played for 24 hours and ranked up big time.

Wow I f'n hate pugging.... Has anyone else noticed how people generally don't spot? I spot everything I can, even scan areas with the spot button. Especially as Recon. I was on a squad yesterday who was all Recon, and I was for damn sure the only one spotting anything at all.

Yeah it's bad. I spot less on PC, just because I'm not as used to it, but I still spot way more than most. I wish that stat was tracked. It'd be interesting to see where I rank.

I wonder how much of it on PS3 has to do with them moving the button and people just not being used to it yet.

It's too bad they don't track that stat, but you could always look at someone's Spotting Ribbon bonus in proportion to their games played. IMO it's too important of a task to not have a tracker on Spot Assists alone. I love being on a team with guys spotting, it's literally 1000x easier.

pc and 360 I spot alot, sometimes I sit in the bushes and spot and let guys spawn off me. especially in rush

Yeah I do that sometimes but then you've got those guys on your team who get all pissy because they think you're hurting more than helping. But if you're a spotting machine, you're invaluable. Also with this field upgrades stuff, it's imperative that you don't all get wiped at the same time.

I love when that happens because it means they don't know exactly how f'd they are. I generally don't shoot what I haven't spotted first unless I just don't have time before engaging. As Recon, I spot the shit out of everything. It sucks when I'm squad leader because I'll end up issuing bogus commands a lot but oh well.

I got back into dropping ammo Left and right yesterday. Especially if I come up on snipers or engineers on my team. They will always need resupplied. Points galore for me!

That 40 mm is a pea shooter against most vehicles...better for infantry.

I dont think so, since boost points are applied after the round ends. Not positive though. I do agree that there are an abundance of boosts. I have like 5 more 50% and 7- 25 % still in queue. Dice/EA should have thought that one through a bit better

It's worth a try. Honestly you could probably beat the thing in 3 hours in Easy or Normal. Now that I've beat it once, I might be able to beat it in 2.5. It's a super short campaign.

So I am going to confess my ignorance as to how the support class XM25 airburst worked. This linked video has given me the proper way to use that weapon and I am sharing it so you guys know too. Looking forward to using it tonight!

It works great. You can use it for snipers on rooftops, people hiding behind stuff. Works great, just a double or triple tap is usually all that's needed once you are locked in on him. It's very effective.

I tell you what else is sweet, the UCAV. I got a pair of quad kills today with it, and man does it feel good to rain precision death down from above.

I was pretty impressed with the airburst last night. I found a lot of uses for it. Those times when you need to bust a wall out and get the guy inside for instance. I didn't have to adjust the lock thankfully cause I knew he was behind that wall. Operation Metro was a blast and I even unlocked the F2000 cause I was getting a ton of kill assists! Now that I started using the RPK-12 I am really starting to enjoy the support class.

Oh one thing to note, if you are within 14-15 meters of the enemy around the corner it will not lock on. Ran into that issue last night and was confused. Also for rush MCOM's they are a great camping tool ;-)

50 damage to tanks and LAV's. They wouldn't know what hit them till they read the kill cam with 2 instant hits. Problem is you have to sit on an ammo pack for 1.5 min to refill.

Anyone else on PC running into giant lag and rubber banding when in a situation where the shit is hitting the fan (i.e. tons of activity in the area)? Not sure if it's BF4 or if it's my computer, but my computer isn't giving me any issues with any other games and even when I lower the settings on my graphics card, the issues remain....

Hopefully riot shields don't come before some fixes do. I wonder what sort of stuff they'll make them able to stop. Something like this could help with choke points like in Metro but I'm sure nobody would be disappointed if the riot shield never made it into BF4.

Yeah once in awhile mine does, though I noticed that problem mainly since the last patch. I think it's BF4.

That is one of the major issues, other than lock ups and disconnects, that I experienced on PS3. I can only imagine how it would suffer with all of the extra players on PC and next get consoles
