Alright so the main hub of USMG is going to be ran from the original XBOX clan for obvious reasons mostly being size and Staff placement for the moment. We are hoping that in the near future we will get some more light shed on the situation in regards to how everything is going to work. I'm hearing cross-platforming meaning both XBOX and PS will be in the same clan benefiting the clan as a whole but not be able to obviously do any in-game ops. Also heard from Twizted (Brian) that the member limit will be 100. I am hoping that they expand that as on the XBOX side we hit that a couple times in the MW3 era. Anyways, some important notes....
-If you are not active (posting occasionally) on the forums do not expect a spot on the roster. The same rule has always applied and if we are going to be that hard pressed for space on the roster it may be a tough fit.
-Participate WITH USMG. While it's important to bring new people into the fold and party everyone up etc. if you are going to be on the ELITE roster help out the greater good and hopefully level us up and take over the world while we are at it. Encourage your friends to join... remember 18 for military, 21 for civilian with referral. If they do not have a referral have them apply and we'll have on the Green Teamers get with them to see if they are worthy of a +1.
-OPS etc., if we have learned anything in the past its that taking the fun out of the game makes it a dreadful experience for everyone and many of us can't afford to do a 3 hour op etc. so in hopes that they are evolving the experience we will go from there. Participation will be highly encouraged.
-Leadership positions in the clan will be STAFF ONLY. If you wish to have a spot... apply to the staff and we'll go from there. There are many reasons for this mostly being because of he who shall not be named.

p.s. I went through the roster and cleaned up a bit. If you were kicked for any reason, just post in here that you are ready to rock and roll and we'll get you squared away. Do not think because you are a staff member or anything you are above removal. This community is an equal playing field.
