MMO tank simulation game for iPad: Tank Domination

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah and I’m working with mobile developer and publisher Game Insight. If you guys are fans of World of Tanks or action-packed vehicular-based combat, we have a MMO tank game coming out soon for iPad called Tank Domination that might be right up your alley. Essential details: The first tank simulation game for mobile devices, Tank Domination features 10v10 PvP, 30 modern tanks including models from Russia and China (more to be announced!), destructible 3D environments, a huge variety of modifications (customize how you blow things up), etc.

We've already announced the Russian, Chinese, and US tank models that will be appearing in Tank Domination - the models appearing in the game can be found at our site http://tankdomination.com under the Media -> Screenshots section. (Some samples are in this reply.) For example, we have light, medium, heavy, and artillery USA tanks including but not limited to the M4 Hermes, M1 Abrams, and the M60 A1. Do you guys have any suggestions for tanks that you would like to see in the game? Again, our focus is on modern day vehicles. Thanks for the enthusiasm so far, everyone. Hoping for more thoughts from you guys :) Our launch date is the end of the year... which means, pretty soon!

Our game is coming out soon and to lead up to that we're offering some cool weekly prize draws the past month and have given out a gaming mouse and headphones. The prize for the next contest draw is a 32 GB iPod Touch, and entering is pretty easy - you can see how to enter at http://tankdomination.com. There's also a lot of other info on the site like which tank models are included in the game, screen caps, map details, etc. we hope you guys take a look! ;)

What is the payment structure of this game? Pay to install, monthly subscription, or pay to win? I know it said "free to play", but wasn't sure if that meant a free light version or if that meant it was pay to win.

The game is free to play and available in full from the get-go, and there will be in-game purchases. I can't really release details on what those will be exactly, and hearing companies pledge their games aren't pay to win (which is what I'm doing) is something you've probably heard a lot. However, I can undeniably say that being an MMO, we will be listening to the opinions of players and be carrying out ongoing updates to the game. So please give it a spin :)

Speaking of which, Tank Domination is coming out very, very soon! We already have a Weekly Ratings system up at our site http://tankdomination.com (http://%22http//tankdomination.com%22). A player's rating in the system is a total of all damage dealt by that player in all vehicles in the current week. Russian players are ranked already; we hope to get some US players up there in the near future... :rolleyes:

We're done with Weekly Prize Draws, but now that the game's US release is drawing even closer, check out the Boot Camp section of our site http://tankdomination.com - learn the difference between upgrades, power-ups, support gear, and more. There are a ton of functional and aesthetic options to customize your tank, and since Russian players are already ranked in our system players in the US will need to do some catching up!
