Yes you can. You can also send and reply to messages, and connect to your PS4. Plus access the PSN store and add things to you cart.

I really like this app. So much easier to manage friends list, send messages, and make purchases

I just wish there was a way to setup groups on the list, like a USMG group, Battlefield group, etc. Is there any better management of friends from the PS4 side?

Honestly I haven't really looked into the friends options yet. I know you can set up parties, but I don't know if you can group your friends. I'll check it out tonight.
