Remember the other day when the google search page was celebrating the pac-man anniversary with the little pac man game in the google symbol? well here's a tech support call with a woman who wanted to disable it

That's pretty funny.

It actually went kind of like the call I made to the iphone tech support today. I was trying to get the backing plate replaced on my phone. I bought a COZIP case from Korea which is really thin and can hardly tell the iphone is even in a case ( I like the low profile). Well the COZIP is made from plastic as is the Iphone back. Well when dirt and all sorts of other crap gets between there it scratched the back cover really bad all over it. Anyways I asked if they would replace the backing plate for an Iphone 3G. The guy was telling me they don't. I explained to him how I found some online for purchase just wanted someone who know what the hell they were doing to put it on. He put me on hold for 10 min to ask his lead support manager. Came back and said the same thing. "No that is a normal wear and tear item and we don't replace it." Sounds like bullshit to me ,why the hell not almost every phone out today you can change out the backing on it!!?? So fuck them I guess I will just buy it and put it on myself. :twisted: :evil:
