What do you mean bro? Like Member of the Month? Yup. Just look in the awards section. It's definitely encouraged. We do nominations the first part of the month and then the poll is posted later.

The first part is nominations. The poll that you can actually vote on will be out around the last week of the month

Yes to what they said. I put up the request for nominations on the 15th (usually). And then around the 20th or so (depending on the number of nominations) I put up the poll.
