This is not the first time that advertised storage did not match up to actual storage space usable by end users. Phone providers have fallen to this recently. I believe one of the most recent ones being Galaxy S4's being marketed as 16GB, but then upon getting the devices, users were seeing they only had access to 8GB to store apps and whatever else.


I am now wondering about the PS4, how much storage is accessible there compared to what it was advertised to be?
