While I personally am not completely opposed to it, it has come to my attention that there have been some questions on whether to allow the [NSFW] content or not.
I have to enforce the rules not only to protect ourselves from litigation, but also protect those interest of our webhost.
Initial steps were to move all [NSFW] content into a restricted members only forum, while we continued to research and address these questions.
It then was pointed out, that some of the content was bordering on pornography.
This type of content is restricted, with a couple caveats; While the occasion boobie shot, is acceptable, full frontal nudity, and or excessive exotic images are crossing the line on what is acceptable. I did reach out to my webhost for clarification and received a murky confirmation of this policy.
We only disallow sites whose sole purpose is distributing pornography, and not sites that may have occasionaladultcontent.
Adultcontent is prohibited using the litespeed web server due to the licensing agreement
Therefore, in light of this information, and in reviewing of our written rules, I have decided to prohibit the content entirely, so as to not create unnecessary management overhead for these posts, and eliminate the amount of policing the moderation team will have to perform to determine if the content is acceptable or excessive.
