Given its a bunch of irate gamers voting them that, I'd say it hasn't hurt them that much either. Especially given the context.

Well thats the way it is for all of those companies on that list, its voted by the customers of those companies and you really cant blame them. Not many companies have been able to and can get away with releasing an extremely faulty product with the attitude of "oh well we'll fix it later just deal with it."

As opposed to, say, forclosing your home and ruining your credit. Outrageous student loan fees. Or using govermnent bailout money to pay off executive bonuses.
I mean, I get that people are pissed their game doesn't work the way its supposed to. But at some point, people should probably realize that bitching about EA screwing them over should consider not buying EA games. Because these investigations and lawsuits won't mean a thing for the average gamer complaining about bf4 right now......unless they happen to own stock.

I'm not surprised either and havnt been a big fan of ea since the late 90s but they do make some overall good games
