If you are reading this post because you were annoyed... you aren't alone. Marist College voted the word 'Whatever' is most annoying in the U.S.
Of course, 'Like', 'Just saying', and 'You know' were in the running. I am surprised 'Really?' didn't get a mention.
I have watched entire conversations consisting of "Really?" ... "Whatever"...."Whatever"... "Really?". Then again the word, "Word" has a lot to be annoyed about.

You know, just saying, like word, whatever. Some around the world have stated that the (American) English language is very complex. We just bumped it down a few notches here.

Yeah whatever is awful.

I do use "just sayin" quite a bit on forums, but more as a salt-in-the-wound sort of thing when trolling (<---------- probably another word you hate). In fact, pretty much every word you mention can be used very effectively in those situations just because of how universally annoying they are.

I must admit, when I'm angry I do use 'Whatever' ... Oops!

In the UK when people are typing the word 'tomorrow', they seem to shorten it to 'tomoz' or 'morrow'. That absolutely annoys me!
'What u doin' morrow?' ... 'c u tomoz' ...
Morrow just makes me think of Morrowind, but still, you cant use it for TOMORROW!

Yea, that is my go to...... lol. I did not notice I said it that much till u posted this.. I went back and read some posts I have done and oh buddy there it is big as shit!! Gonna have to work on that, ha ; )
