Hey everyone,
So this message goes out in hopes we can amp up the recruitment efforts for pur clan based games like CoD and just amp up our ranks for the foreseeable future. Anytime you see someone in the lobby with a military type name i.e. DevilDogNutts or ArmyForLife... something military based I ask that you shoot them a msg and tell them about www.usmilitarygamers.com... just tell them the website and how we'd love to have them. This may seem like a lot of ground work but it would be helpful especially for those wanting some more comrades in the fox holes. I am going to make a push on our forums throughout the inter webs... hopefully we can get a nice influx. Thank you everyone! By the way if you need to send quick messages I know for XBOX you can use SmartGlass.

Gotta agree with comanche on this one. losta 13 yr olds who yell for no reason, and quite a few people who have sent me this as a response

With all the 'New-Bees' on board.... Check your friends lists on your consoles. Plenty of you have many Military or Mature type gamers you associate with.... Give them a shout out.

I am putting a bounty out, right now. The top referrer from now until the 14th of January will get a $25.00 gift certificate for GameStop. I would have offered points, but there are too many consoles to worry about. Rules are simple.
1. You can't just refer members. They must be qualified and accepted by the 14th of Jan.
I will watch the Application threads and determine the winner and whiners from there.
2. Your name must appear on their application when posted.
3. Winner(s) must provide me with a valid email so you can get your prize.

If this is not valid, I am sure one of our Red Team will beat me down shortly....lol

In the rare instance of a tie... we will have two/multiple winners...

Been eyeing that game for awhile and need some funds to go get it. Well get out there ladies and gentleman and put out the word about how great USMG is.

So chat em up a bit, make sure they meet the eligibility requirements, and if you would give them the +1 invite them to apply. Don't just go out and inbox bomb a message to all recent players. Please everyone keep in mind as well if your friend is civilian and are 21 you can be their referral to join the community! If they don't have a referral you can have them add the green teamer to determine if they will receive a staff referral.

Also if your recruiting for Ghosts don't just seek out high K/D players. Having a high K/D does not necessarily mean they will be a team player. They may only want to play one particular game mode and that just won't cut it in Clan Wars. The same can apply to lower K/D players, although someone that is less concerned with their stars will be more likely to step out of their comfort zone.

The best team players tend to be those with medium scores lol. Get to good, people tend to stress stats and team play suffers. Get to bad and either they they just don't care or the run around being that blueberry jumping on your grenade in HC ricochet.

OK, I looked for some thread dealing with recruiting and couldn't find one that fit this. I most likely posted this before in the 'underworld'. Those with the 'staff' tags will know what I mean.

Anyway, when I was famous like you green team people, I established a forum thread with the Xbox Forums. The last couple of days it has been active. I surrendered the duties of monitoring this forum, when I relinquished my duties as a Recruiter here. However, I am still subscribed to this thread there so I have been getting notifications of activity.

In fact the last post is someone 'piggy-backing' our thread to recruit for 'The Art of Warfare' gamer group. Actually their site looks impressive.... lol
