- combination of online game server shut-down by SquareEnix and the game's always online DRM requirement rendered it useless
- Despite having 18 single player missions it still had always online DRM and the servers were brought down
- Steam TOS state that you are leasing the product, you don’t own it - aka valve can do this legally
- Who’s fault is this?
- the author of the article, Mark Tyson, raises an interesting question… “what would be left in my library, if left untouched, in 10 years time. Would it contain just the DRM free Humble Bundle type games I have?”

- Could have released 1 final update removing always on DRM?
- If bought it on steam, personally it woulda been about $3 or less

kind of a given that games that live off online play are going to die at some point.

At least until someone can make a private server for it.

So the question is how many players did the game actually have?
