The case of the missing PS4 party invites

I wanted to see if anyone else is having issues not getting PS4 party invites till hours later before I send it up to Sony support.

I just looked at my PSN app on my phone and had an invite from Havok from 17 hours ago, but I never got it last night when it was sent. I try and check once an hour if lots of friends are online and bounce in and out of the parties as needed.(habit from my xbox days)

I'm not having issues with that but I just saw that I had mission challenges that I never had a notification for.
