It shows that it was linked to your gmail... that's probably why you can see it. I just see a small block where the picture should be.

Same here. I've playing older games on PS3 and it still doesn't track them.

Yes. Truetrophies is only PSN and trueachievements is only xbl. Not sure if there is a PC version.
