The first DLC has a date, here is some of the info

Ryse: Son of Rome (http://www.joystiq.com/game/ryse) players will be getting new DLC, "Mars' Chosen Pack," on February 28, according to a Microsoft press release. Don't get your hopes up for Roman gladiators in spaaaaaace (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars), a delicious treat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars_(chocolate_bar)) or a funky soundtrack (http://www.brunomars.com/), though; the Mars referred to here is (probably) the Roman god. The pack contains a new, two-player co-op Survival mode, four new maps, one re-worked map and a skin.

I'm pretty happy with it for whatever thats worth lol. Its a pretty decent launch title

It's a good game, a little repetitive sometimes, but in all it will give you a challenge. I played it on normal I think and it was tough still.

I would almost say assassins creed meets the Romans, minus free running on buildings

It does sound like a great game. I just don't think I'll have time to play it! Especially With Titanfall coming out in a few weeks and with trying to finish some of my 360 games.

I finally completed this last night. Played a multiplayer match with a level 3400 that shit was crazy. The new multiplayer survival mode is fun.

Well the cool thing about Ryse is even as you grow in levels the amount of XP to level barely raises at all. So theoretically level 1 or level 100 take around the same amount of time. If you get a solid partner in the survival mode on docks you can level 4-5 times a round. I am sitting at 130 right now waiting for more DLC.
