I've seen the video before, he's a true inspiration to everyone! Some people land in the depression and think they can't do anything about their life and can't turn it around. You just need to be able to give yourself that extra push, and believe in yourself that you are able to get out of the state you are in and remember that the grass is greener on the other side.
