Was asked to pass this on to people I know...Vet Centers are now authorized to see Active Duty and they do not record names (just last 4) and do not report to commanders.

Shouldn't be since the Vet Center is mainly for combat vets in need of counseling and the counselors make thier own appointments.

Ah, I was misunderstanding the vet center part. Thought this was about VA hospitals. My bad.
