The only cool thing I've ever won is an Xbox 360. I won it through the Mountain Dew promotion they did before the console was released. It was shipped to me 2 weeks before it came out officially. I felt like the coolest kid in the world.

If its the standard edition, there's really no point in paying 400 plus shipping and handling.

Sorry to sound like an ass but I can go to the P.X and get one for 399.

If there are extras; like a game, extra controller...etc.

Than I could see that price being a deal but if you think 400 for a standard edition is a deal, than one should not waste their time and just go to the local P.X and get one.

Now if you don't live by a P.X, this might be a deal.

Bypassing tax and such is what really gets you.

Now factor what your tax would be and what the shipping charges would be and see if the deal is better to go with Chet or your local game store.

As a vet, no. As a spouse, you should get a spouse/dependant ID.

You can check through the VA's Canteen service, and supposedly there's a bill somewhere attempting to grant VA access to post, and post perks.

yeah I plan to visit the VA soon anyways, like I said the closest PX is 4 hours away and maybe not for long, that AF base has been under alot of scrutiny
