This is one of my favorite game franchises and look forward to the release of this one. I love the fact that this series has always been a mixture between a first person shooter with the random loot drops of Diablo, and then mix in all of the humor Gearbox throws in. This combination has made this series always fun to play even if both the originals have been out for awhile now.

Yaaaay! Ill definitely have to invest in this. I am hooked on Borderlands 2 at the moment and I am loving it.. Except for the fact that I'm playing it on ultimate vault hunter mode and I'm stuck at that big ass thresher... Woo can't wait for the pre-sequel!

It's Gearbox's biggest money maker. I would expect 2016 if i'm being honest. Maybe 2015 since Australia made this one.

I wish someone would take the plunge and start making games for the current gen consoles instead of trying to split time between current and last gen. It often results in a current gen version that is slightly prettier of can handle more people at once. Developers are being hobbled by the lowest common denominator of systems they hope to have their game on.

BTW - Borderlands 2 would be somewhere in my top 5 greatest games of all time. Someday I will sit down and write out the list to decide where. Someday when I literally have nothing else to do. Like during a pre-combat briefing.

Well to plays devils advocate.. i see no need for a next console.. not till they completely stop supporting the 360 and ps3..

if i want prettier graphics or more people on multi ..i just switch to my PC...

Sure if i had some extra cash id love to maybe upgrade .. but with the lack of games..i got better things to buy.. i just stick to my extensive library on my 360, Ps3 , and my STEAM library..lol
