I have a question for those who are fans of the EA franchise. What are your thoughts on EA "dropping/mutually splitting" from Tiger and the game it's self.
I've always been a fan of the franchise and with EA incorporating Frostbite 3, virtually no load times between holes, no more "ball out of bounds", and the confirmed BF4 hole. It's begun to spark my interest.

I will never, not buy a PGA golf game. I love 'em. So fun and addicting. Tiger has been out of the limelight for quite sometime now and he isn't exactly winning hearts and minds. I do still like him though. It was an appropriate business move I think to continue the brand. I wish NCAA wasn't poop so it would get it's act together and do the same, but the colleges and everything are garbage. It's going to be an awesome game, golf with a BF engine is going to be ridiculous.
According to the EA press release at E3 you'll be able to play the ball anywhere, so of you manage to slice the ball into another fairway that's where your playing from. Incorporating frostbite 3 make the game look a million times better. As for the NCAA games if only they would do the same, granted I only really stick to their NCAA football games but if they starting using the FB3 engine and madden did as well I think EA'S sports side of things would be a little more appealing.

So they're making a one-map entire course? That's kinda awesome.
That's what it sounds like. Pretty much a open world gold course
