PS4 Issue

Hey all,

Been forever since I have been here and maybe I should use the search function to find this but not sure if its there. Anyways anyone else have an issue with the PS4 when you put in a DVD or Blue Rays that the screen goes black and will not work without me switching to a different input then back to the right input? I have had this problem since I want to say an update that went through. Never seemed to have it before.

Not heard of that may want to contact PlayStation Support

Not with the PS4, I know the PS3 didn't like certain TVs and you would have to switch inputs or recycle the power on the tv to get the picture back

I called support. They told me after each update I would need to rebuild the database in safemode. I tried that and it didnt work. On my days off on Monday or Tuesday I will call them again and see what they say.

Weird I've never had a problem with an update, or have to do anything extra
