I have a request too. My son's Cub Scout pack needs a new pack shirt (Class B Uniform). We are small and can't afford the $400 min order from the local providers. I was going to let the boys come up with a design and I have my own silk screen kit. The design needs to be something that can be screened in one color. Two at the most. Once we have a design we can create a permanent screen and then it's just a matter of the parents supplying the shirts and the pack buys the ink. Much cheaper.

Let me know how much and when you think you could have it for me.

I was giving this some thought after I posted it. My first Den meeting is Sep 2nd. I will see if they want to come up with the design concept and then maybe you can create the clean screen ready design based on what they want the shirt to look like? If they don't I can send you the simplified one I threw together a couple days ago. The issue with the old one is its a four color design and we need to limit it to one or two now that we are doing them ourselves. And hey it can go towards their Art Merit Badge if I let them do the actual silk screening.
