How useful is the camera for the PS4?

Debating buying one but I worry I will use it once to set a picture then it will collect dust.

Only use is the playroom, my daughter messes around with it, other than that it's not being utilized. Sony does put out new content for it but they are the only ones using it as if right now, at least that I know of

My kids love The Playroom if you stream on Twitch it can be good or it can be a viewers nightmare. Other than being able to do video commentary in ShareFactory that is it.
