My vote goes for Uniracers on SNES. A Tony Hawk style stunt racer. Simple to pick up and lots of fun. It still looks great so it could get a graphics update and get released on Xbox arcade or PlayStation network.

I would say total annihilation, but they just remade that, so...I'd have to say Battle for Middle-earth, even though it's not very old.

You guys seem to forget how insanely difficult Battletoads was.

Oh yeah, this game was ridiculously difficult. It'd have to get next-gen gameplay upgrades: save-points, continues, etc to go with the next gen graphics. Would be pretty awesome if it did, though.
