Wish they had put a little more effort in publicizing this. September 19th 2014 was National POW/MIA Recognition Day. Hopefully this becomes an annual thing. I attached the official press release from the White House.

My friends at Rolling Thunder pay this tribute every year. It is an especially big event here in Jacksonville, NC.

While I was in Korea we established an annual run for POW/MIA we would run in teams and the flag was to remain moving at all times.

I participated in a 24 hour run with the flag on base, but that's all I could find around.
