Public market/auction house?

So im sure everyone can agree that there are some things that may or may not need to be fixed and or added to the game, right?

Well one thing i find the most disappointing is that an RPG MMO game does not have a public market. Perhaps there are reasons why there is or isnt, maybe Bungie knew people would farm the crap out of materials and or armors and sell them for a stupid amount of currency, thats a good thought...BUT i hope to see that a Public Market will find its way into the game in the near future. Anyone else kinda feel the same way?

I do sometimes, but the shock that would be involved when introducing a market/AH/trader to a system where there was previously NO way to transfer items.... It could be messy.

While I'm really desperately in need of some ascendant mats, I'm sure their price (due to their difficulty to obtain) would be reflected adequately, so they'd be super expensive and I don't seem to ever have a ton of glimmer anyway.

I don't want to see it bad enough at this point that I'd like them to implement it. I think things are ok as-is.

There are several things that are bothering me. The boring and repetitive nature of the bounties and the lopsided nature of the PvP are the biggest. Thankfully Shadow of Mordor comes out today and I can shelf Destiny for awhile!

I agree, a public market would be awesome, not to mention a trade system in general. At higher ranks (18+) the weapons vendor is all but useless. I only find myself visiting him to replenish my special and heavy weapon ammo. Crucible is a bit overwhelming to a new player, as you'll be facing maxed out players for the most part.

That said, I still find the game enjoyable, even with the repetitive bounties and by being trolled by the cryptarch. I always find myself running just one more raid, or searching for just a bit more material to level my guy up. I am hoping these new patches will balance the game out a bit, but regardless right now its my game of choice.
