Favorite Battlefield map and why?

I would have to say my favorite of all the maps goes back to Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Harvest Day. I liked the close combat situations that map created by the flags being closer together. There was always a battle in Harvest Day and that is what I enjoy most. I want to fight to earn the win. Not drive for 20 miles between flags just to have the one I just took lost to the enemy and all I have to do is drive back and take it passing the enemy on the way...

I played only a little BF2 & BC2, so no real favorites there. Devil's Perch from BF2: Special Forces was the only one that stands out from memory.

But in BF3 I loved Grand Bazaar and Dhamavand Peak. In BF4, not as many maps were quite as good...Flood Zone and Paracel Storm are pretty good.

In 3 I enjoyed Caspian Border the most and in 4 I am a big fan of Zavod 311 and Operation locker. Locker brings in that fast paced battle that I enjoy and in Zavod the fight between Bravo and Charlie are always fun.

Atacama Desert on BC2 is my favorite. Love Caspian Border on both BF3 and BF4

I always enjoyed the subway map on BF3.. I love that as a Rush map.. Quick easy points.. long drawn out gun slug fest.. :mod:

Metro? That was always the hardest map as a Rush attacker if the defenders knew what they were doing...impossible sometimes

Golmund simply because I can play multiple roles effectively the way they are ment to be played and I can play cqb up by a,b and c points or play more upon every where else

Damavand Peak. Rush point 3. I loved jumping off the peak as an attacker and just going to town on defenders from the roof.

Or alternatively, shooting the parachuting attackers from the roof before they got down

Well that is going to be a matter of opinion lol. Wake Island is fun for sure but best in my opinion is Caspian Border. My fav is still Harvest Day but Caspian Border is always a good battle so comes a close second.

Harvest Day, Heavy Metal, the Vietnam maps, and Panama Canal for BC2. Caspian Border and Firestorm for BF3. Locker and Zavod for BF4.
