Does anyone use this app? If so do you like it? Until recently i had not read a comic book in years(although I tried to keep up with major marvel developments) and with the Secret Wars coming I was thinking about using this to wrap up a few older story lines I never finished. Opinions?

So I subscribed to this. So far I really enjoy it. I am currently reading the original secret wars and the runaways. I will update this after I have used it some more.

It's similar to Netflix or Hulu but with comics. They have different plans(I went with a basic monthly fee). This allow access to over 15000 marvel comics. You can read as many as you like and can select twelve at a time to read offline (in case you have no signal or a non wifi device). It also allows the purchase of more modern comics(the majority of comics included in the subscription are at least a year or two old).
I have used the app on the iPhone and iPad and really enjoy it. On the phone it breaks each page down to a panel at a time because otherwise you could not read it. Reading on a tablet is very similar to an actual comic. I have had some problems with page loading but that is solved by reading in offline mode. It is missing some issues from various lines but more are added frequently.
Overall I am really impressed. If you like comics then I recommend trying this app. I stumbled onto the Runaways and it is not a series I would have ever picked up on my own. That alone justified my membership. If you only read two or three comics a month then it is worth the price and the amount of back content is astounding. Also, The civil war is included and that is what Captain America 3 will be based on.
Basically...Marvels history is on an app lol

Have you used Marvel's purchase app? How is reading compared to that?
I love that app, but it gets expensive and I almost exclusively read older comics. If this is comparable setup wise, I'll jump all over it.

I have not used that app..unless it uses the same app and just makes the unlimited ones free? I do like the experience even though it has some slight bugs. Definitely cheaper then buying. I spend a lot of time at hospitals so for $10 a month i think it is worth it.
