I remember this movie, as well as it scared the pants off of the USA. This was during the cold war and tensions were rising. I had just got off active service and I can still watch this and get shivers.


Funny thing though as the movie line is located in Kansas and was filmed in Lawrence, KS which is about 10 miles away from where I live. Even better this pic from the movie is located at the exit of the small town I live in, outside of Kansas city (K-10). I am not originally Kansas but interesting enough, parts of the movie was filmed where I currently live.
