So I've started hitting the gym pretty hard (again) to lose weight and get back in shape. Some friends of mine have been pushing me to try some Advocare products to help me lose weight but also to help recover from hard workouts. They have a cleanse/diet program called the 24 day challenge. Any gym rats/health freaks heard of it? Opinions?

I use Isagenix products same deal you have to setup an account to get the stuff, like there protein drink they add active digestive enzyme, helps with the nasty room clearing gas I used to get from other protein drinks. They also have cleanse stuff a 11 day program I did once lost 19 lbs and then got fasting labs best lab work I had ever gotten, you drink half you weight in water OZ's a day.

I'll look into that as well! Keep my options open. My friend is an Advocare distributor so he's pushing it hard. I want to help him out because he's trying to adopt. I'll try the 24 day challenge and post results.
