Unless it's just me and my system, I've come across two problems regarding articles on the home page. I experience the issues on my win 10 PC while using Chrome, Firefox, and project spartan, as well as on my android phone using chrome.
The "Latest News" link button image has gone rouge and is off to the left of the screen

the left side of the screen seems to be the party spot because I've also noticed that even when i set a picture to be center justified and it looks as such in the editor, once published it displays as left justified, as can be seen in this image that is supposedly centered
