I preordered Fallout 4 and I received a message from xbox live with a free code for Fallout 3 for 360. I already have the game for 360 and if anyone who has a 360, who would want the code, just tell me here and I will send the code in a private message.

Even if it's not b/c right away, it definitely will be in the near future. There's no way Microsoft would let a game as big as fallout 3 slip through the cracks, especially when it will help drive sales for fallout 4
