Post what you mix everclear with!!! I had 2 shots of it tonight mixed in a blue raspberry drink wow is everclear strong. lolol :D gotta love the class six store illegal to buy in mass but not at our local class six lol.

Thats the same way it is in PA.. its like $11 for a fifth at the class six. Iv'e never had the balls to drink it yet though. one of these days.

Now you're talking! One of the best things you can do is carve out a hole in a large watermelon, and then pour a fifth in it and let it soak in for about 15-20 minutes (and I recommend setting the melon in ice before and during the saturation process). Once the time has passed, start carving it up a little bit at a time. I would also recommend serving it on a soak-proof plate or in a bowl. That way, you can drink any juice that falls off.

Thankfully, I can get it just about anywhere around where I live. Does anyone in/around the Pittsburgh area know if the Oakdale class 6 carries it?

That sounds like it would be good in watermelon. May have to try it. I'm surprised I spelled everything right last night lol. Thing I learned about everclear don't go overboard. That stuff will sneak up on you quick. Look at this way one shot is equal to about 3 beers. But pounding 3 right in a row after about 3 shots for I cant function that great anymore lol.

If you haven't tried drink with care but everyone should try it once lol.

I used to mix it with Grapefruit Juice. Kindof like a stronger version of a Screwdriver and I never had to worry about anyone taking off with my drink :lol:

Those days have past tho, I'm happy with my Goose and OJ.

I haven't ever been brave enough to try drink this stuff. Just don't like the burning feeling when I take a shot. I just stick with beer and I am happy.

Yeah, I learned the hard way that you can't down it like other clear liquors (vodka, rum, etc.). I tried to one night, and broke into a cold sweat and my heart started racing. Not for the casual drinker.

I've actually chased it with watermelon gatorade. Helps take the crazy taste away. Cranberry juice works too....but I've tried that soaking in watermelon thing; You canNOT taste the everclear so it sneaks up on you and donkey punches you in the head.....before you know it, you are awake the next day with a crazy feeling and not remembering a THING from the night before :? ....ahhhh, the barracks life :roll:

Everclear was my drink of choice for awhile. IMO it goes well with crystal light, fruit punch or Mountain Dew. Soo many nights I don't remember.
