Signature Bar

I was just wondering if there is a template for the USMG signature bars that I have been seeing. If there is some kind of template, would it be possible to get a copy so I can make one or is there someone that makes them for the clan. I have signature bars that I can use, but I wanted mine to match the rest of the clan. Thanks in advance for your help.
