MW2 Load Outs

I want to start a running discussion on load outs for MW2. The way it will work is I will start it by leaving my load out and the next person will rate it on a scale of 1-10 and any suggestions and or comments. You may also leave what game you like to play ie: Domination. Please remember that what works for one person may not for the other, so please be professional. (we all know that though). Thanks!

M16A4 with FMJ and RDS

MW2 has been ruined for me...buuuutttt

M16-A4 w/ ACOG or ACR w/ Silencer

Tactical-Insertion
Scavenger-Pro
Stopping power-Pro
Sitrep-Pro

Also loved the M21 with ACOG, two shot kills FTW!
